We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Ticketing Team Leader. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our ticketing operations. You will lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, coach, and evaluate a team of ticketing personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure all tickets are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Compile and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports for senior management and clients. Regularly conduct meetings with clients to present key insights and updates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication through calls, emails, and chats to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Conduct team appraisals and provide coaching as needed to support team growth and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of ticketing experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to work a flexible, rostered schedule to meet operational needs.
