Role of Purposes:

We are seeking an analytical Finance/Accounting Support professional to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing airline ticket refunds, managing the refund request process in our GDS system, ensuring accurate amounts are processed, and coordinating the payment back to stores. Additionally, you will reconcile discrepancies between store and head office sales, refunds, and airline debit memos. Strong research, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success!

Responsibilities:

• Review daily refund requests and compare submitted information
• Process refunds in the designated GDS system
• Resolve sales/refund billing discrepancies and ensure correct invoicing
• Address agent queries regarding refunds

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any Major; preferably with a background in the travel industry
• Fresh graduates with advanced levels of English communication skills are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and logical skills
• Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) including public holidays
• Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang
