ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate about the travel industry, have prior experience with GDS systems, and possess excellent English abilities, we look forward to you being a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Compute ticket costs and issue or reissue tickets.
  • Ensure daily targets are met, with accuracy and customer satisfaction as priorities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum holding a Bachelor's degree from any major.
  • Preferably with work experience in Airlines or Travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff.
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Highly appreciated and rewarded for flexible availabilities, including the ability to work shifts that cover days, nights, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City.
  • Willingness to engage in contract-based employment.
