Role of Purposes:

We are looking for a hotel/cruise loading to assist one of our clients with their operations, as you will analyze and load hotel data into the client’s system as requested.

To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication and possess record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and load hotel data as per required.
• Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard.
• carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard.
• Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English
• Having a minimum of 2 years working experience
• Having experience working in Travel Industry will be beneficial
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented and a team player
• Must be willing to work on shift, including public holidays and especially religious public holidays
• Preferably a degree (SMK/D3/D4/S1) in Tourism Major (Usaha Perjalanan Wisata)
