Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate about the Travel industry with prior experience in GDS systems and excellent communication in English. Providing customer assistance with all aspects of travel requirements, including air, car hotel, and ground transportation from bookings as well as ticketing, changes, and exchange and queue management.


Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Book flight, Hotel, and other necessary traveling arrangements for clients
  • Provides information about travel destinations and accommodations
  • Communicate with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals
  • Suggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability, and convenience of transport

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • Preferably having work experience in Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills (logic score above 70)
  • GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
  • Flexible availabilities are highly appreciated and rewarded (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays)
  • Preferably having work experience in Customer Service, handling chat, calls, or direct customer
  • Willing to work or Relocate to Harmoni, Jakarta or North Point, BSD City, Tangerang
