Join our team as a Dynamic Inventory Loader, where your skills will support our Land Load department and ensure seamless management of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfer availability. If you're organized, self-motivated, and thrive on precision, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: You will load and amend hotel contracts in HotelHub, and manage contracts for cars, transfers, tours, and cruises in Travelbox as per client requirements.
  • Availability Updates: You will oversee and update the availability of hotel rooms, tours, cruises, and transfers using Salesforce based on client requests.
  • Quality Assurance: You will conduct cross-QC checks on loaded or amended contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: You will assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (especially written communication) to handle client instructions and documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A keen eye for detail and high levels of organization.
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, HotelHub, and Travelbox.
  • Experience in quality control or data management in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Prior exposure to loading or managing travel-related inventory or contracts.
  • Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
