ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate about the travel industry, have prior experience with GDS systems, and possess excellent English abilities, we look forward to you being a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Issue and reissue tickets
  • Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
  • Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
  • Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
  • Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 qualification from any major.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Preferably with work experience in Airlines or Travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff
  • 1 year of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
  • Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
