As a Salesforce Architect in the Business IT Division, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with both business and technical requirements. You will guide the architectural strategy for Salesforce implementations, ensuring that solutions meet client objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and security. Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Salesforce architecture strategies, including data modeling, integration design, and system optimization.
• Provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions in large-scale, enterprise-level implementations.
• Continuously assess and improve Salesforce systems to optimize business processes and user experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce solution architecture, including designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.

• Experience working with English-speaking clients or international teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of advanced Salesforce features such as Lightning, Einstein AI, and CPQ.
