We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support to assist in managing and supporting our client’s limousine operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between drivers and customers while performing administrative tasks, invoices, and data reconciliation, which are essential to the smooth functioning of the service. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively support the team in meeting operational standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between drivers and customers to facilitate seamless coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including invoice processing and data reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain productivity benchmarks and ensure accuracy in all tasks, meeting the team’s minimum standards.
  • Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions meticulously to perform all assigned tasks.
  • Report any issues, system limitations, or discrepancies to the direct supervisor for prompt resolution.

  • Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and logical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under the guidance of team leaders and alongside other team members to meet organizational goals.
  • Nice to have: Experience in dealing with overseas customers is an advantage.
