Role Purposes:

Fluent in English? Do you have a high level of computer literacy?

We are hiring for Hotel contract loading person to carry out the day-to-day entry of new and updated contracts in the system. To succeed in this role you need to review data and products for deficiencies or errors, correct any compatibilities if possible, and check the output.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing hotel and cruise load data
• Accurately input new and updated hotel/cruise contracts into the client's system
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Ensure all contract details comply with client's standards and requirements
• Assist in updating and improving data entry processes and systems for better efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Willing to have shifting or roster schedules
  
• Willing to work from Jakarta and or BSD (South Tangerang) Office
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
• Good logic & analytical skill
• Having a travel industry-related background
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
