Role of Purposes:

We are looking for Data Analyst to be part of the client’s Central Claims team. This role will be in charge of running the client’s Claim Service. This role will be driving customer satisfaction from claim processes.

You will be responsible to:

  • Manage claim handling process from cost control to payment based on the agreed SLA
  • Manage claim improvement in process and tools
  • Regular status report on audits and on large claim amounts airline relationship and direct settlement process implementation
  • Provide Quality analysis on key claims to prevent future cases and increase satisfaction
  • Support peers in escalated issues
  • Address main claims in various functional areas until their resolution
  • Interact with the internal and external partners

You need to be:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • Advanced in Ms. Excel and programming knowledge
  • Global Distribution System Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant major
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving, notions on project management
